Purchase and plan terms
Renewal and cancellation
The Monthly plan is a 30-day purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription. Cancelling marks the plan as cancelled; access and remaining monthly quota stay available until the displayed expiry date.
Expiration
One-time mock and Writing credits do not expire. Monthly quotas expire with the 30-day plan and do not roll into a later plan.
Refund summary
A refund may be available when a paid service was not delivered or an unresolved technical fault prevented delivery. Fully used services are not refundable. Submit the request within 7 calendar days; review normally takes up to 3 business days.

Are these official IELTS scores?
No. BandScore provides estimated practice bands and realistic computer-based practice; it does not issue official IELTS results.
What counts as an AI credit?
There is no generic AI-credit balance in the current payment system. Paid mock attempts and detailed Writing checks use their own exact quotas.
Is Speaking sold separately?
No separate Speaking-credit product exists. Speaking is included in each complete mock attempt; standalone practice is not represented as a paid entitlement here.
Does Monthly renew automatically?
No. It lasts 30 days and requires a manual repurchase. Buying again while active extends the end date and resets the current monthly usage counters immediately.
Can I cancel Monthly?
Yes. The plan is marked cancelled and remains usable through the displayed expiry date.
What happens after a technical payment problem?
